Made using a blend of grapes that come from a diverse collection of Swartland soils, with each piece of land putting its own mark on the final product. Tasting Notes: “100% Chenin Blanc drawn from unirrigated, dry-farmed bush vines. Handpicked & fermented using exclusively naturally occurring, wild yeasts. This vintage’s lighter straw colour points towards ease and flexibility on the palate. The nose brings significant stone fruit & floral notes immediately, eliciting thoughts of peach & nectarine. The palate is round and fleshy, pushing forward a vivacious nectarine character, which is tempered by a soft, broad creaminess. There is Brightness & acidity from start to finish.”
